If you knew gold would go up in value in the next year to be worth 100 times what it is now would you inbest in some gold?
God said when you invest in the ministry, especially evangelism, you are investing in the Kingdom of God directly.
These are the words of Jesus:
“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal." Matthew 6:19-20
What is God's rate of return on your investment in heaven? We don't know that for sure, but you won't be disappointed with it. We do know that he said right now while you're on earth when you plant a seed into the Kingdom of God your rate is 30, 60. or even 100 fold.
Here's haow JEsus described it in the parable about a sower who was sowing seed:
"Still other seed fell on good soil, where it produced a crop—a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown." Matthew 13:8
"Every month I want to sow good seed - above and beyond my tithe - in good soil where the seed will grow and produce a harvest and at the same time, I know I am storing up treasures in heaven. That's why I give to New Life Ministry every month."
